We will reply as soon as we can and we look forward to welcoming you here. We will send you local directions on how to reach Pyron prior to your stay.
The property is situated between Hagetmau (5 minutes by car, 3 km) and Saint Sever (10 minutes by car, 11 km). Both towns have cafés, boulangeries, patisseries, markets and independents stores in the centre and there are several supermarkets between 5-10 minutes drive from here.
COVID-19 Information
In France the vaccination pass is no longer required and wearing a mask is no longer compulsory.
We do still have cleaning rules in our accommodation. Please see details below.
Terms of cancellation
In the event of a new lockdown or border closures, we would offer you the choice between postponing or refunding your stay. In the event of cancellation of your stay for other than the two reasons mentioned above, the T&Cs accepted at booking stage would apply.

Le Grenier is currently the only property available to rent.
Please note that we have no availability for summer 2022.
Travel Insurance
We recommend having adequate travel insurance that covers your journey and your holiday here at Pyron.
Cleaning Protocol
Providing clean and safe accommodation is always a priority and we will be putting further thorough cleaning measures into place following official recommendations to include:
A minimum of 30 hours between one set of guests departing and the next arriving (departure by 10h00 and arrival after 17h00)
Thorough airing of property before and during cleaning
Cleaning followed by disinfection of surfaces
Thorough attention paid to items that are frequently touched (door handles, light switches, remote controls…)
Wearing masks and gloves to clean
Washing of household linen at high temperature
Respect of social distancing rules upon arrival
Removal of soft furnishings, cushions, etc... (or weekly changeover and cleaning of soft furnishings)
Changing shower curtains at changeover
Providing digital Welcome Guides (or weekly changeover and cleaning of guides)
Only one property will be rented out to one family/one group of families in summer 2022

Air France flies from London Heathrow to Paris Charles de Gaulles, where you can transfer to an internal flight to Pau.
There are currently no direct flights to Pau from the UK. Ryanair now flies to Lourdes and Cityjet stopped flights from London City to Pau in 2014.
