Le Four is the original stone bake-house full of character, where the original owners of Pyron used to bake bread for themselves and for some of their neighbours in the village. Recently renovated Le Four (30m2) is now a charming studio cottage for two with use of the heated pool and grounds. This is a hand-crafted eco renovation building with lime-rendered walls and flooring; original beams and wood sourced at Pyron and a hand-built kitchen.
Please note that Le Four is currently only rented as an optional add-on to Le Grenier (to sleep 6).

An opening from the main studio area leads down two steps to the separate kitchen and bathroom on the left. The kitchen has handcrafted kitchen units and work surface with a Belfast sink. Cooking and water heating are all gas-fired. The back door leads out onto the newly-laid terraced with steps leading to the top garden with patio, table and chairs.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hand-basin and an eco vented water-less composting toilet (odourless, hygienic and easy to use).
A detached building opposite Maison Pyron on the far side of the drive, Le Four is surrounded by gardens and various newly planted shrubs and trees. The back door from the kitchen leads onto a sheltered terrace with a hand-crafted oak bench, table and chairs beside the old Four (Bread Oven) itself. Newly installed steps lead up to the field behind with a newly created garden area.
