Grounds & Gardens
With large well-kept grounds and gardens with mature and more recently planted trees and shrubs; a potager; some exotic trees; weeping willows; woodland and an orchard of peach, apricot, cherry, plum, apple and fig trees, Pyron is a great place to unwind and recharge your batteries. Le Grenier and Le Four both have separate gardens and the pool area with its gated fence was created in the large grounds to capture the sun all day long. Our first chickens took up residence in December 2015 after renovating their coop 'Le Poulailler', which originally housed around 100 birds as part of the original working farm at Pyron.
With hammocks, you will have the opportunity to play, read, relax or snooze in the shade of mature oak trees in the gardens. There is plenty of space for everyone at Pyron. If you're lucky you'll see deer, rabbits, hares, butterflies and hear all types of bird song in the gardens.
Just some of the wonderful wildlife you can see at Pyron.
