Solar-Heated Pool & Games Barn

The solar-heated pool is 10 m x 5 m and situated in the sheltered rear gardens at Pyron. With solar panel heating, the water temperature reaches between 20-30°C depending on air temperatures, sunshine and time of year. The pool is open from mid May to mid September, has a solar shower and is equipped with the latest generation Precisio pool safety immersion alarm (AFNOR Standard NF90-307) and gated fencing to help keep young children safe.

Having a shallow end (1 m 20) and a deep end (1 m 50) with a gentle slope in the middle and three corner steps at the shallow end, it is ideal for all ages. The pool catches the sun all day and a large barn beside the pool provides shade for relaxing and enjoying some shade as well as a games area with an outdoor table tennis table, table football and darts board plus noodles for everyone to enjoy in the pool as well as arm bands and safety jacket for young children. There are other games for you to enjoy, including badminton and boules.

The area is surrounded by gardens and pretty flowering shrubs and the pool terrace is great for lazing in the sun, reading a good book or simply dozing. There are sun loungers and a large parasol by the pool plus a salon sofa set in the shade of the games barn.
